Artisanal greens, roasted beets, butternut squash, goat cheese and candied pecans dressed with a cranberry port vinaigrette.

Rombo al Limone
Oven roasted Atlantic halibut finished with a coconut milk, chili, lemongrass and shrimp sauce.
Spaghettini sautéed with garlic, olive oil, chilies, fresh Italian parsley and Parmigiano.
Pappardelle sautéed with braised rabbit, double smoked bacon, caramelized onions, tomato and demiglaze, topped with shaved Pecorino tartufo.
Apple pecan spice torte with brown sugar cream cheese frosting, served with maple gelato.
